Maarit works as a customer service representative at our office in Turku, and is one of our talents in our teleguidance team. Her work revolves closely around customer guidance and transferring information. Maarit keeps in touch with our customers through phone calls, giving them guidance on choosing the best service option. Her work consists of guiding people, and connecting the right service and product to the right consumer. In her free time Maarit enjoys ceramics and water gymnastics.

  • Since the beginning of 2018, so almost a year now.

How did you end up working with the company

  • I looked for a job online and I saw an opening for this. I sent in my CV and that was it. 

What are the best things in your job?

  • Well, as a job the best things are my co-workers, and flexible work hours. In my work I like the fact that I can be of help to people.

  • Maybe mostly in the way that this company is very innovative, and youthful. We are constantly thriving onwards.

  • For those who want to work in customer service I would say to this might be the right place for you, if you want to work with customers, and in a youthful group. We help customers to make their final decisions on choosing the right service for them, you need to have will to help and guide people.
